I made this intranet in Drupal CMS in collaboration with a competition lawyer who had tacit knowledge about how the lawyers in the area of competition at the Competition and Consumer Authority operated during their work. For example, the layers skim many cases, so I made it possible for them to open these cases in new tabs so they didn’t need to go back. Additionally, I found the most used sections and placed them at the top of the navigation. In this manner, I used participatory design to make this intranet.
